        Overall

        My husband was charged for two mocha coffees and when he spoke to the manager she cursed him out. We've also witnessed the manager openly cursing out the employees.

        EVERY TIME WE GO TO THIS MCDONALDS AT NIGHT, THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN. Either they need to replace this machine or the workers just clean it up early so they won't have to deal with cleaning it up at closing. It is ridiculous! We have started making bets before we go that it will probably be broken. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

        They will NOT get your order right and the inside of the restaurant is never clean. Any time of the day, you will not find a clean table to sit at.

        slow, no customer service

        the customer service here is not good. I hate that it's the closest mcdonalds. We went in yesterday and it was so hot!... and I don't mean the food. it was so hot inside that we had to eat outside (in November), which made our food cold.
