I signed a 1 year lease,I stayed throughout the whole lease,I paid my rent every month early every month none the less. I never had any complaints against me and never damaged the property. After moving out and cleaning the apartment thouroughly I was notified I would only receive $40 out of a $300 damage deposit.When aked the manager Linda Glover informed me no damage was done but that I was to be charged $250 FOR CLEANING!!??WTF Do not rent here they care about nothing but taking advantage of the weak and innocent. I was charged $100 to clean a STOVE.I suggest moving to Provo or paying the extra and living in PC. Dont let these crooks take advantage of you like they did me.

Wing Pointe Apartments is owned by a greedy bunch. Not only do they charge insane amounts for rent in the small town of Heber, but they also make you sign a 1+ year contract for the best deals (even if you have been loyal to them for years...). For instance, for a month-to-month contract of a two-bedroom apartment you will be charged $900.00, for a 6-month contract you will be charged $850, and for a 12-month contract you get the best deal at $800.00.
Signing a contract is a joke too. Once you sign the 12-month contract to get the best deal, they have you. For instance, I lived at Wing Pointe Apartments for just about two years. In most apartments that I have lived at, after you serve a 12-month lease you have the option to go month to month, NOT AT WING POINTE! After I served a 12-month lease I had to re-sign another 12-month lease to get the same deal, not to mention they wanted to raise rates on me.
About 6 months into my 2nd lease I asked for permission to opt out of my lease without consequence, and for good reason. However, they denied the request and said I would have to honor my contract. They did say however that if I vacated the apartment and had it rental worthy they would try to rent it out to the next person looking for a two-bedroom. Thus I did so, I vacated the apartment and it passed inspection a week later. To my dismay, for the remainder of my lease I ended up paying each months rent. They never rented my apartment out.
Wing Pointe is a crooked operation at the least and should be avoided if at all possible.

This apartment complex was easy enough to move into, but staying there and moving out were a different deal. Rent was much too high and they were not willing to negotiate at all. $770 for a two bedroom. I never made a late payment. Never had any complaints filed against me. At the end of our 1-year lease they asked us to renew our lease but that they were raising our rent to $850 a month. and if we stayed on month-to-month it would be even more.
Nobody follows the rules that are set up including the cigarette smoking, pool and hot-tub hours and seasons, and after hours noise. I watched one of the maintainence people pick up garbage and put it in a bag, then he walked across the street and dumped it out on the other side! The ladies in the office will say whatever they can but unless it's in writing they will deny everything later. Upon moving out they did everything they could to keep our deposit. We had to clean our apartment to ""white-glove"" status to even recieve SOME of our deposit(which we have still not actually recieved). They literally asked ""did you pull out the refridgerator and oven and clean around them?"" Absolutely ridiculous. they are one of the only apartment complexes in Heber and they know it. Crooks and thieves. I recommend NOT giving ANY of your money to these people.
