My experience with Mathews was nothing short of exceptional. Dan was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. I was out of town for work during the entire process. Dan was able to do everything over the phone or via email/mail. I got a great deal. When I finally arrived in back in town I was greeted by friendly staff that offered drinks, 20 minutes and a few signatures later we were in my new ride. Dan then went over the car top to bottom and I was on the road. I love my new Fusion. Thanks Dan and Mathews staff! I will always go to Mathews from now on and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a truck from them about a year ago, payments set up to my pay schedule but they decided to change the date to their own payment schedule without me knowing. It set me back about 600.00 dollars and couldnt catch up. I have the paperwork, printed out with my pay dates and pay coupons for payments which all match up. Once they changed it, it put me back 4 payments. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This is our second car we have gotten from Matthews. We came here after we went to another Ford dealership that wasted our time and undervalued our trade in. They did not have the exact car we wanted, but they found it at a different dealership and brought it to Matthews. Jose made sure we got the price we wanted and more cash back for our trade. They seemed to value our time, unlike some other places. When we went to buy our car, it only took 45 minutes.
Dan was VERY helpful and not the typical pushy salesman. We thought we wanted a used car, Dan let us explore the lot, drive what we thought we wanted and then showed us what he thought we might be interested in a new car. We walked out with a new Mustang for much less than I ever dreamed it would be. We are beyond pleased with our purchase!
