My experience wasn't good :(I was scheduled to see the "balayage specialist." When I arrived the stylist had the most unhappy, grumpy face on. Then she didn't consult with me as to what her opinion was on my hair condition and/or what she felt I should do with my hair that day or what the price range was for the job. I did however explain how I had banding in my hair that needed to be fixed.(The reason why I went to a professional).Long story short, The Balayage was spotty due to the stylist trying to get the banding covered with one color process. Even I knew it wasn't a one process job. But I think she wanted me out as soon as possible. When I went back to get it fixed I was called a "sensitive client." Hands down the worst service ever. I didn't appreciate how I was treated considering that It was my first time. I believe paying customers should always be treated with the utmost respect. A customers experience will resonate with them always. Not a good business move.
