Overall

I just ordered food from here. The General Tsu's Chicken meal. The Chicken had No crunch to it. it was soggy. The rice which looked good was also Nasty. I had to feed the food to my dogs,. I hadn't eaten all day and I spent 20$ on this meal. Absolutely Disgusting. I am never ordering food from here again.

Overall
Excellent food and atmosphere, slightly unreliable service

Love the food here! The new sushi bar is wonderful, and they always have daily specials. (My favorite right now is the seasonally available Chicken & Asparagus.) Awesome lunch prices (two can easily dine for $12) and dinner is reasonable as well.

The service is hit and miss. Michael and his wife are wonderful - sweet people, they always get the orders right, make great recommendations, and they're very accommodating to special requests. It's when we get a different waiter that service is a bit unreliable. If you have any special requests (white rice instead of fried, a spicy dish made without the peppers, etc.) make sure your waiter understands what you want.

Otherwise, I love this place. Even when things aren't perfect, it's still always a nice experience.

Overall
nice place for lunch or dinner

One of the few chinese restaurants which makes it's won ton soup with a beef broth. Reasonably priced lunch specials.
