Blockbuster

Service here severly went downhill. My family is platinum rewards members (meaning we rent a damn lot) we have rented over 4000 movies in a year, and realized over the past 3 months that the new people working here did not care for customers. They were very unfrendly and not at all helpful. 99% of the time they do not have the movie(s) i want in stock (for some reason popular movies they only get 5-10 of but unpopular they get a billion) they also do not stock HD-DVD movies for rent (even though they do online). Plain and simple, for the last 3 month i have been renting 5-10 movies a week from HOLLYWOOD VIDEO, much more friendly and professional. They have the movies i want, and stock HD-DVD too.
