Overall
On Decemeber 11, 2012, my now ...

On Decemeber 11, 2012, my now husband proposed to me. It was the most exciting moment of my entire life. We started our new chapter that day and I had a new 2.5 karat ring on my left finger. After only a couple months of people gawking over my ring, two diamonds fell out. Luckily my fiance had signed up for the extended warranty plan so I took the ring in there and had them replace the diamonds in no time. I thought it was just a fluke. Once I got my ring back I assumed that my troubles were over, and I was wrong. Over the next six months I lost approximately four more diamonds. Not only was it one disappointment after another, but the employee service just continued to get more disrespectful with every trip we took. I finally sent my fiance in to demand for our money back. A nice associate offered to order us our same ring, since it seemed as though our ring was a default ring. This took place towards the end of July and are ring was supposed to be in within weeks since our wedding was September 8th, 2012. Two weeks before the wedding we received a phone call saying our new ring was ready. I drove back to Jared only to be disappointed again. The associate pulled our a mans wedding band and tried to assure me that my fiance must have ordered himself a band. I was almost in tears. I explained to her that my wedding was in only two weeks. She proceeded to raise her voice to me and state "She was well aware my wedding is in two weeks and that my ring would be ready October 5th." A MONTH AFTER MY WEDDING! A left the store that evening in tears, wishing that we had never purchased anything from this joke of a company. On October 7th, 2012 my new ring arrived. I was once again thrilled that this may be the answer we had all been looking for. I wore that ring for one month exactly, and another diamond fell out. We have attempted going through associates to get our money back on the ring and we are aware that there is a thirty-day money back guarantee. We do not want a new ring. We do not want store credit. We want our money back. I have begun to contact my attorney and the Better Business Bureau. I would appreciate a fast response.
