On Decemeber 11, 2012, my now husband proposed to me. It was the most exciting moment of my entire life. We started our new chapter that day and I had a new 2.5 karat ring on my left finger. After only a couple months of people gawking over my ring, two diamonds fell out. I was once again thrilled that this may be the answer we had all been looking for. I wore that ring for one month exactly, and another diamond fell out. We have attempted going through associates to get our money back on the ring and we are aware that there is a thirty-day money back guarantee. We do not want a new ring. We do not want store credit. We want our money back. I have begun to contact my attorney and the Better Business Bureau. I would appreciate a fast response.
