Beauty All In One

DON'T shop here. I went in and bought a bottle of hair clue. When I got home, I opened the bottle to use it. It was open and half full. I took it back and asked the cashier if she would refund my money for my inconvenience she said No! I can only exchange. I explained to the lady that I had to drive all the way back home and the least she could do is give me my money back. She refused, they are selling open bottles of clue to there customers. I picked up another bottle was also half full. I chose one from the back. I didn't get an apology or anything. All the cashier said is she didn't know it was open and still refused to refund my money.
