Horrible customer service. I was promised that I could get a temp number until I could port in my old number from sprint. When I go back they act confused like "who would tell you that?" they didn't even try to fix it, they wanted to send me home with a number to call. It was the wrong number to call, they gave me a retailer number, not a customer number. And the girl there was trying to get rid of me the whole time. "you can do this from home", "just go home and do this", it's easier from the comfort of your own home". The people on the phone kept asking for an associate. After being there for 2 hours, they still didn't fix my problem and kicked me out.
