Refrigerator was freezing vegetables in the crisper. Technician came out an put duct tape over hole where cold air comes from freezer to lower bin that used to keep meats cold. Needless to say the duct tape didn't work. Wound up buying new refrigerator from Sears and did not get full refund on service contract for old fridge.
It was the absolute coldest week this season.brrr! We turned on the heater to warm things up and of course, no heat. Called Sear Service Center to get things working on our 13 year old Payne central heater. Sergio so diligent and timely. Arrived on the early side of the 4 hour window. Conscientious about floors, wearing shie covers. Also if pur dogs, made sure gate & door was closed evertime he had to go in and out. Had our heater working within 30 minutes! Yeah! No more freezing at night. Great job Sergio and Sears!
This was a difficult refrigerator repair service with a difficult service man and an exhausting set of rules to manage. The service man was apparently knowledgeable; however, he asked me to "keep quiet" when I asked questions twice and he was obviously annoyed and irritable; his communication skills are in need of decency and respect. The maintenance policy for refrigerators (that have been out of service for 3 weeks) needs attention also, especially for unusual space situations, but absolutely for Senior services and Sears. Truly great customer service reps, but nasty policies and rules. I hope I get everything in on time and correctly; this has been a nightmare and it is not over yet.
Been to this place twice this year. " Greg " waited on me both times. I bought a watch
band. He installed and adjusted it at no extra charge. A few weeks later I needed a
new battery for another watch. Greg was there this time too. He installed the battery in just a few minutes. I also got a written year warranty for the battery. Can't beat that !
Can't beat the service I received there !
