I wish I could give this company no stars for a month now my family has been dealing with this company and their awful service, from a too small bed with no railings that was delivered so late my bedridden grandma had to sit in a wheelchair for 9 hours because they were 3 hours later than they said they would be, then we got another bed and it is broken and used! My grandparents did not work all their lives to be treated like this when they need a proper bed for my grandma's quality of life to be better, now again they said they would bring another bed fresh out of the box and this again is total BS! I cannot express how much I wish this company would be fined and shut down for the games they are playing! Do Not Use This Company!!!!

They are rude, have no consideration for your time. Do NOT depend on them for your loved ones needs!!!! Its not that difficult to pick up the phone. DO NOT believe a 2 hour window!!!! Do not use them use someone else.
