I also had a problem with them. I will never use them again. I think they are incompetent and crooks.

My recent experience with A1 Septic was unacceptable. I had just bought a home in Concord with a septic system and needed to pump and repair my system prior to my move in.



I ordered service with specific requests, to pump my tank, check out function of the system including the leech lines and repair anything needing to be fixed.



The driver came to my house and pumped the tank for $625.00 and wanted to leave after telling me my seperator was not working. He had taken the seperator out of the tank and laid it on the ground.



I asked him to fix it and he said he couldn't and had to leave. He said he would come and fix it as soon as he could.



I had to repeatedly call A1 and talk with the manager/owner to get this repair scheduled weeks later. I was told they could not get to it--too busy! Finally, they agreed to come out and fix the seperator, but only if I paid another $630.00 to do another pump out and then repair the seperator and also dump the just-pumped water back into the tank.



I refused this offer and asked for a reduction since I already paid for a pumping.



I will never use AT Septic again. This type of customer service is unacceptable.

I called to complain for a no show and the person on the phone by the name of sara Cortez(owners daughter) called me A Bitch when I called to complain. She was exceptionally RUDE DONT EVER HIRE THEM
