They are by far the worst company ever. It was a holiday week so my trash that is normally picked up on Thursday got moved to Friday. On Friday the trash wasn't picked up so I called and was told someone would be out. On Monday the trash was still sitting full. I called Monday morning and was told oh yes someone will be there today and by Monday afternoon the trash was still sitting. I called and ask for a supervisor who told me my can wasn't out on Thursday that's why it wasn't picked up.......well one the can was out and two it wasn't suppose to be picked up Thursday anyway so first lie. Then I was told you are on the list for tomorrow to which I said wasn't acceptable and the supervisor hung up on me. When I called back Anett tells me there are no supervisors they are all in a meeting but I had just been hung up on by one. Then they came and took my trash can away and told me I couldn't have service no more ( I paid for service by the way). When I called the supervisor told me I wasn't getting service anymore because I complained and they stole my money. Worst company ever customer service is terrible and the owner is a coward he won't even call anyone back. They will take your money and not do their job.
Yes their trash/recycling service is a great deal at only $75 a quarter but don’t expect great customer service from them. I have to call at least once a month for them to come get our recycles. Their excuse EVERY SINGLE TIME is “the driver noted that you didn’t put out your can. Well I guesssss I can have someone swing by tomorrow to pick it up.” You guess? Why do I pay you again? We put out our cans the night before we go to bed at night. We have been doing that for over a year now. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone though. I swear I talk to the same lady every time. They must have only one employee answering the phones. My patience is worn thin with them. Time to move on to a different company!
When I call to pay my bill They are very nice and I have never had to call more than once.I know things change but I just paid on the first call they are always nice. as far as the street service it really depends on the driver but they have done me right.
I had forgot to put my trash can out this week, but the driver came up to my house and got it for me. I never had anyone with waste management do this for me in all the years i had them.
The previous reviewer A.C. was spot on!The terrible, unprofessional customer service is not worth the slightly lower cost. You may pay your bill by mail or by phone but 70% of the time no one answers and when someone does answer they act like it's a huge inconvenience to THEM! Within 6 mo. They skipped us 4 times. The office told me "they'll swing back by," never happened. "I'll put you on the list for tomorrow," still not picked up. "I don't know why someone told you that, I guess the new guy had a problem," day 3, here the trash sits. Done, serviced changed. If I could select 0 stars, I would.
I rarely ever write company reviews and am I negative without reason. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Any time we have had questions about our account or tried to pay our bill by phone, we have had to call at least 10 times to get a hold of someone. I promise I am not exaggerating. Our bill amount has been wrong, our trash service was stopped, and yet, no one could answer the phone so that we could get the situation taken care of. It is not worth the lower cost.
