Overall
I have my doubts if this is a ...

I have my doubts if this is a legitimate business. I went to the Haymarket showroom to inquire about having my stairs re-crafted. The girl on duty looked at me like I was crazy. She gave me the phone number of an employee that "supposedly" could help me. I left with no brochures or literature and I wasn't shown anything. I went home and called the number. A man answered and took down my name and phone number. Two months later and no one has called me. So I went to their website and submitted a form requesting an estimate. That was a week ago and I haven't been contacted. I also have a colleague that visited the Haymarket office about two months ago as well. He's also interested in re-crafting his stairs. He left his phone number with a person who answered the door and he hasn't been contacted either. There's something odd going on here!
