      Nova ITS is absolutely amazing! They are so prompt in taking care of any problem or question I come across. I could not ask for better IT service and they are always so nice.

      Overall

      Todd (the owner) is knowledgeable and very responsive to emergent and non-emergent calls. We have a very complex system at our office and Todd not only knows the system inside out and backwards, he is able to foresee trouble areas and be proactive. He is very patient with our less computer savvy employees and very willing to engage and educate others. Nova understands well the cost of doing business and the need to run efficient machines that provide the capacity required.
