About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

This gas station is dishonest. On 9/7/17 their posted price for a gallon of regular gas was $2.69. I decided to fill my tank to prepare for hurricane Irma. As I was pumping the gas, I noticed that the price on the pump was $2.75 per gallon. When I finished pumping gas, I went into the store and requested a receipt. Sure enough, it said the price was $2.75 per gallon. I asked the clerk why it wasn't $2.69 per gallon as advertised on their sign, and he said the $2.69 was a cash price. No where on the store sign did it state that the price was for cash purchases only. This is a dishonest, sleazy place. Run don't walk away from this business.

The worst thing that can happen when you are on vacation is to have car trouble. You're hundreds of miles from home, on your way to relax and have fun and then it happens. The car started slowing down no matter how much gas I gave it and finally died. I don't know anyone in Hawthorne so all I could do was look up auto repair on my cell phone on yellowpages.com and hope I wasn't about to spend all my vacation money to get my car going again. I can't believe how lucky I was to find this place! I'm clueless about cars so I was at their mercy if they wanted to rip me off. Instead, I had one of the best experiences of my life at a auto repair business. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Even though it was almost time for them to close, they stayed late, found the problem (a clogged fuel filter - I didn't even know I had one of those!) - picked up the part and replaced it and sent us across the street to Dianne’s Old Tyme Barbecue. We had a great dinner and they had us ready to go by the time we were finished. They could have charged me an arm & a leg, but I was shocked at how little they charged me. I was still able to afford my vacation!!!!I wish these folks were located in Georgia - I wouldn't take my car anywhere else if they were. You guys in Hawthorne are SOOOOO lucky to have them!
