I went to Hawthorne Auto Square to purchase a car since I had been turned down elsewhere. The staff was friendly and got me started within minutes of arriving! I had very poor credit and very low monthly income, so I was extremely stressed about finding anything at all, even with them. Their representative was amazing and did absolutely everything he could to get me the lowest down payment and monthly payments as possible. He genuinely cared about me and my situation and that really made a fantastic impression on me. Needless to say, he was able to put me in a car within just a couple hours and have me on my way! Fantastic experience!

Leo was pleasant to talk to, patient and took his time to show me around and help me find the car that best fits my needs. They were pleasant to work with would of gave them five but they didn't repair one item on the vehicle which was a cosmetic issue the suv it self appears to run well.... I guess I will have to go to a dealership to purchase the part and if they are to high may have to go to a junk yard to see if they have it... But haveing a low fica Score and income not looking that great they did a great job to qualify me thanks Hawthorne...

I'm happy to say that after speaking with Jimmy the GM for the dealership, I received a call from Chad who works for the warranty company. Chad explained that Jimmy wanted to make this situation right. He explained that they were going to take care of the problem. Well they did. Not only was the repair paid for, but the warranty company reimbursed me for my rental. Thank you Jimmy and Chad turning a bad situation into a good one.

I first filled out an application online, then I read reviews, I thought to myself " I knew this deal sounded too good to be true!" The next day I received a phone call from Sean, one of the finance managers. We chatted a little and then I said I had to gather some money, and he said ok well when ever you are ready my name is Sean I'll be here. I expected a rude response but he was pleasant to talk to. My daughter and I made our way there just to see and we were greeted by Leo who was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was kind of like looking at cars with my brother or a friend not pushy and gave his honest opinion. I AM so happy I walked on that lot. I got a 2009 Traverse with 22,000 miles on it!!! Yes that's right. I'm not missing any zeros! It is awesome. The buying process was easy and I ran into a few problems due to my credit (not very good) but Sean and the boss man worked it out for me! They went over each form I signed diligently and answered all my questions. I kept going over the forms looking for the smaller than small print where I would catch them and the reviews would be right but there are no surprises! The 5 month program is the best! I'm not sure if all the other reviews are about this same dealership.. so if you are in need of a car please tell them Nadia sent you!!! I get $200 of my car note! (What! That's insane I know!) and that is one of the many many reasons I would recommend this place over and over!

My boyfriend bought his first car from here. He didn't have credit and they were able to still help him get a car:) When we first came they were pretty helpful in showing us the cars Manuel was the salesman we spoke to but I liked that he wasn't so pushy about him buying it. The finance part was still pretty simple and clear. There hasn't been any issues with the car and my boyfriend LOVES it. I asked tough questions but they were okay at answering them. Also the door didn't open but they welcomed us to fix it if we came in, but my boyfriend didn't go back so we'll see if they still fix it if he decides to go back this month. It's only been a month!

The staffs went above and beyond for my father who was purchasing the car that he wanted. They worked endlessly to get the rate he wanted and made him very happy. Everyone there was very pleasant. I will always recommend Hawthorne Auto Square, you can never go wrong with them. I would highly recommend them.
