The customer service of this company is terrible. Customer reps like Connor should attend training in customer service. My internet was cut because they failed to bill my card. They thought that my card was expired despite its expiration date of 12/20. No apologies for cutting service for no reason was offered and they do not admit that they failed to bill my card instead of cutting my service when my account was set up for reoccurring payment.
What lousy customer service is that!! My rate would be zero for expertize, zero for professionalism, and zero for promptness.
