Blue Ridge has a monopoly in the Pocono region, and they know it. Usually have to wait 15 minutes for a customer service rep on the phone, and they overcharge for their slow internet service. I'd rather watch DVD's than over pay for their lousy service.
The customer service of this company is terrible. Customer reps like Connor should attend training in customer service. My internet was cut because they failed to bill my card. They thought that my card was expired despite its expiration date of 12/20. No apologies for cutting service for no reason was offered and they do not admit that they failed to bill my card instead of cutting my service when my account was set up for reoccurring payment.
What lousy customer service is that!! My rate would be zero for expertize, zero for professionalism, and zero for promptness.
Wish I could give 0 stars! Now they're charging overage for data usage? They're not a cell phone company!
Do not count on their IT department for anything! PC wouldn't connect and I had to pay $90 just for a company to tell me that it was the antivirus program and that my ISP should have thought of that and that I got "rooked"
