After following and supporting Kimmie for years (my Mom for 20+ years), being there the very FIRST day the salon opened, referring friends and family - I then received the absolute worst customer service a salon or business could provide to a bride getting married.I booked my wedding with the "salon that really isn't about you" and had it booked for about a year. Two months before the wedding I received a phone call that a deposit of hundreds and hundreds needed to be made. Not once had I heard this previously. When I questioned it, I was poorly spoken to by Christine- all while Kim was listening but couldn't be an professional business owner and step in. I was asked to collect funds from each of the 8 bridesmaids, flower girl, MOB, etc. in order to keep the booking. This was on a Saturday and when my Mom called back on the next Monday - they had already canceled my booking. TWO months before my wedding and replaced it with someone else. Moral of story is although Deena and Michelle are fantastic, stay away from this shop if you're a bride to be. You never know if your booking will be canceled because another customer they like better will want your date. You also can't trust them when a proper contract wasn't provided and you're asked to fork out money within weeks or your wedding, although it's been booked for months and months.Don't worry though, Color Images right down the street will take care of you professionally if needed!
