Well,overall service is like a sweatshop,atmosphere too crowed and loud .the techs. Speak amonge themselves in a launguage of their own.Expertise...poor in my opinion.In brief...I went for a pedicure,my great right toe was nipped and it was bleeding .24 hours later I needed Toe surgery (very painful)to remove the toe nail antibiotics for 2 weeks I notified the owner Alex he felt badly he refunded me $25 of the $ 50 pedi.when my insurance only covered 80% of the surgery I called him to let him know. First,he had no remerance I than reminded him of the picture I showed him of my toe.He remembered then!.I reminded him of the balance for the remainder of the the copayment he responded with I will call you back "2 days later no return call " I called him again,this time he replied "I have to find out who my insurance company is" 1 week later I called him back.this time he told me to "call back after the holidays" He played me like a fool,I felt very disrespected .I already waisted my time Karma!!! He should have done the right thing .....I paid the 20% myself ....and He basicly bought himself for $145.00 Happy new year Alex at Royal nails in Haverhill Mass.
Absolutely worst customer service experience of my life! These people ripped us off big time and then refused to give us promised refunds after making me pay twice for the same thing. They wouldn't let us leave without paying, even though I had already paid. My manicure was rushed and awful- chipped within hours. Mediocre pedicure. Very rude employees. And they don't clean the nail supplies in between clients. Gross!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My friend made an appointment the week before at 9 am when they open, they are the ones who suggested that time. So we show up the following week for the appointment at 9:15 because we were running late and it was closed! We waited about 5 minutes and they still hadn't opened. We even called and there was no answer. What kind of place says they open at 9 AND makes an appointment at 9 for three people and doesn't even open? No way am I trying to go there again.
Out of the handful of times I've been here the product has been horrible. They recently messed up and we're very rude when I asked for a refund. One man even yelled at me in front of other customers. I recommend not going here, very dirty salon and extremely rude staff.
