Patient for 20 years. Always treated poorly due to Medicaid. Only saw doctor 4 times in 20 years. Always nurse practicioners.

This last year rapid doctor turnover rate. crazy bad record keeping. Needs repeat request for simple med refills. No chain of command or accountability for phone messages, Requests, call backs, etc.

Fails to communicate with visiting nurse or pharmacy on special things.

Went more than one month without diabetic test strips after 3 calls for refill.

Can not express my anger. Causing life threatening disruptions.

Please some one tell me if you know of a clinic to go to as an alternative!

They know they are the only game in town for low-income.

I have been a patient here for 10 years but I am looking for a new doctor. Things were OK until recently. I have had tests and been given incorrect results. No matter that I provide the name and address and telephone number of the pharmacy for my prescriptions, they end up at another pharmacy and I have to call around to find out where my medicine is. I called the answering service and the receptionist took my phone number down wrong two times. I spoke clearly and enunciated properly but it took 3 times for her to get it right. (she had two numbers out of seven wrong) This sloppiness is getting worse and I expect many other patients will seek healthcare elsewhere.

Contrary to the other reviewer I have had nothing but positive experiences with anyone I've dealt with at Pentucket Medical. From greeting staff to lab techs, schedulers, nurses and doctors could not ask for better treatment or more kindness and compassion.

This entire group treats people like a NUMBER. They are rude and there doctors on call take forever to call back if they do at all. Avoid this conglomerate mess at all costs....arrogance at it's best!
