Honest diagnosis which is most important. Had another establishment try to charge me 3x the cost for a air conditioner repair. These guys are good

Unlike that other woman, this woman feels totally confident and safe entrusting all our family cars to the experts at Franks. Honest AND reliable, and even more so, fair. In life there's a few things that can take a load off your mind, and one of them is a reliable mechanic. Guy, Ben, Butch and the crew never cease to make me feel like I can go to them at any time and be sure they will go the extra mile to get my car performing at it's best. I tell everyone about Franks Auto, and never worry that I am steering them wrong - no pun intended!

Females beware. They tried to ...

Females beware. They tried to fail my inspection for brakes I didn't not need without even taking the car for a drive or inspecting the brake pads. Untrustworthy establishment.

First of all, the owner is a woman!! Secondly, by reading this I am sure there was a misunderstanding of why the vehicle failed. Most likely your vehicle failed for your Emergency Brake. A car does not have to be driven to know that the E-brake does not work. The other reason a vehicle would fail is if the brake pedal pushes more than 80% to the floor. That is a STATE LAW not ours. We run our shop by the law. I am truly sorry you had a bad experience. We are fair to everyone and pride ourselves on our quality work and friendly attitudes. Also, we have a large amount of female customers because they feel comfortable with us knowing we are honest with them always!
