PLEASE READ THIS... DO NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR THEM UNTIL ALL YOUR PROCEDURES ARE COMPLETE! I had all my teeth removed painlessly there, that is what I gave them the five stars for... but after that it was all down hill once we financed dentures and extended care. I have anxiety problems and have been a bad gagger since childhood and they were reminded of this at every visit! I could not keep the dentures in without gagging. We were told that in order for the dentures to NOT make me gag, the roof could be taken off, but that would mean I would have to have micro implants, so my dentures could snap in place and not move. Again we were told we would need a better pair of dentures to accommodate the implants, and we financed yet again more work... The day of the implants being put in, I was not medicated properly and voiced my concern that I felt it wasn't working. They told me it was my anxiety! The first implant was unbelievably painful and I was told it was ghost pain! Needless to say when I left I needed a cold compress for my jaw, and I probably came close to leaving my finger prints permanently imbedded in the chair. My new dentures finally came in, and i went to get fit into the new denture, but two of the implants were still bothering me and I wanted to wait. The dentist decided to go ahead and not engage the two uncomfortable posts. They ended up gluing those two posts into the dentures and were yanking on them for at least 5 minutes before they realized they were stuck... all the time I was SCREAMING and I was being told it was good they were in so tight that means it was a good fit! It was like getting teeth pulled with no Novocaine! They had to drill holes in my new dentures to get me out. One implant is now useless from being ground down so much. And one of them is still uncomfortable and its been about a year. I have since seen a new dentist and had a 3D scan of my implants, 2 are almost up into my sinus, some angled incorrectly, and some are not even embedded into bone at all. Needless to say.. I will never step foot in there again! Do NOT be swayed by their free xrays and consultation, its not worth it!

I went to Aspen Dental about 5...

I went to Aspen Dental about 5months ago.I had 1 tooth pulled and they at the time showed me some dentures to pick from because I was having a partial plate put in later. I ordered my partial hoping I'd have it before my vacation in April! I went in a couple times for fittings (without them showing me the partial). At the last fitting they said here look in the mirror and see how you like them. I said to the girl I don't remember ordering a partial with the metel showing in the frount and when she went out to the desk she came back and said I'm so sorry we ordered the wrong one!!! They wouldn't let me use the one they had made because they had to get credited for it..SO I had to go on vacation with out my partial!! they told me they would make me another one! I'd have to wait another 3 or so week for them to make it!!!!!!! I wouldn't ever go there again!! When I called corp.headquarters to complain they told me they would be back in touch with me within the day and NEVER called me back at all!!!! VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS!!!! I know alot of people who have gone there and are very disappointed also..wouldn't even give them 1 star..All they wanted was the money! The bill came almost before I even got out of the Dentist office!

They care about your smile??????

Being an existing patient, and not having $70.00 for an examination fee, "Please call back to be seen when you have the money". Tooth needs to come out, it is loose, in the front of my mouth, yet hung up somewhere in the roots, I can't eat, or sleep. So I must suffer, because they won't do a payment plan for someone unemployed.....hope it gets worse, then and it goes into m blood stream when it does let go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It made me select a star, but I don't think it is worth even a half of one.

Long Wait!!!!!!!

My wife went into Aspen dental last week and had a cleaning and two fillings, she had to wait almost two hours just to be seen!! We went in today for her wisdom teeth to be removed, again she waited a hour and a half to be seen and it took the dentist a 1 hour and 45 Min's to remove the teeth. Now a few hours later the stich came out of her gums and I called to talk to the on call dentest to get some answers I have been waithing well over two hours now!!
