Doctor Ward and his staff are the best, most caring I have found for my poodles. I was recommended to them by several friends in the New Bern area (they drive 20+ miles to have him as their pets vet.)

Doctor Ward on my first visit came into the lobby, sat in the floor and played with my dogs, while he asked questions about them. I have never ever had a vet (in my 40 years of having poodles) that was so interested in my dogs on their

first visit. Every time they are in his care, (as with their teeth cleaning) I am called to give permission if teeth need to be removed or if their is any problem or concern before the "work" is done. No surprises here.

I highly recommend 70 West, and drive 20+ miles to have my pets (though there are many vets closer to my home in Morehead City ) seen by Doctor Ward. He is the greatest vet you will find.

You will not be disappointed.
