I would NOT suggest ordering a pool from this company or any other company that uses them as a distributor. I recieved my pool 2 days ago, had the space cleared, leveled and prepared for installation. When taking the parts out, nothing was labeled, and they sent the wrong manual for a different pool then I had ordered. After attempting to put things together with the packing list that they sent, I noticed that the counts did not match up, we were missing parts. Not just simple screws and bolts, but missing the actual rails that hold the pool up!! The packing list had not one, but two quality controls where people had initialled that the counts were right. So basically two people in their warehouse do not know how to count to eight. So here we are, equipment rented, 3 friends who took off work to help us, a giant dirt hole in our back yard.... and no pool.
I called the pool company (pcpools.com), who did nothing to help either, and they passed us along to the Wilbar Int, since that was the distributing company. After speaking with Customer service, who could give me no answer and made no attempt to help us, we still sit here, with an empty hole in our yard and half a pool scattered in our basement. Very bad business, at least own up when it is clear that it was your company that dropped the ball.
So after being on the phone for an hour this morning, I still have no idea if or when we will get the part. I hope this review will help, so that other buyers do not make the same mistake that we did,
I purchased a mirada pool manufacturered from this company in 2012. Had it 5 years and it collapsed causing my yard to flood. The side wall was rusted from the inside. Thank God nobody was in it. How can this company manufacture defective pools. There's been so many complaints about the same thing online everywhere. Why is there not a class action suit??? I'm going to look into one. These people need to be investigated. You can't even get anyone to answer their phone!
Warranty Claim # W160000220 - I have been dealing with this company for several months under their warranty. The pool rusted after 5 years and they want to sell you new parts to rust in another 5 years. And the catch is that the parts are more money than the original price of the pool. This doesn't include the skimmer, liner, pump, filter, or installation. They are running a money making skeem so they keep you purchasing their product. Beware of this company. Their phones go to an automation and hang up, they do not respond to messages on their site "mypoolwarranty.com". Stay away from them at all cost.
This company bought out the company that manufactured my pool. They now say my warranty is void and will not honor the coverage for the top rail cap. They sent me a letter that said "sign that you understand we are not responsible". Called and spoke to a person who said they CAN honor warranties but it depends on what it is. TERRIBLE company, HORRIBLE service. ZERO STARS!
Bought my pool 2months ago. Paid a professional to install it. And the liner already has holes in it. We called these people and they said the liner(which has at least a 10 year warranty) is not covered because "it's an accessory". WTH? DO NOT BUY one of these pools!
In response to everyone that trashes this company. Everyone should do there research before buying a pool. First off make sure if you are using a salt system that your pool is compatible. Salt is very corrosive to the metal components. Everyone knows that!! Second if you do not know how to install a pool hire a professional. If you cannot afford one then you should not complain about the instructions. I have purchased many items in the past and all the instructions suck. Lucky for me I purchased a pool from them and hired a company to install the pool and had no problems. I hate when people make a big stink of petty things.

This company is terrible. I have tried and tried to reach them regarding a post holder for my fend on my above ground pool. You can never reach anyone. You press 0 and you go to a voice mail also! I did get a call from a gentleman that gave me his email address and told me to send pictures of the part..I did two weeks ago, and I tried to call the person back again to find out the status and no answer..heard nothinig from them. The winds were in excess of 70MPH yesterday and I had to bungy cord the section with the damaged post holder so that it would not damage the rest of the fence or completely tear it off the pool! I called the store where we purchased our pool and they said they have the section of fence to replace, they don't carry part...give me a break....all I need is the post holder!
I can only give 1 star and that is because they started the process. But I am saying they ONLY STARTED the process. We needed to replace our entire pool because our pool rusted out because of a salt system that we had put on the pool (which is another story) they sent us the list of parts to order and told us how to pay for it. I was unclear on some of the parts. I have tried to call them with only voice message, no response, I faxed them my questions with a copy of the letter they sent to me, 2 weeks later, still no response, attenpted to go to the web site under my pool warranty .com and that was unsuccessful as well. I also have a hole in my back yard and not a clue on how to get anyone to answer my questions. I am not sure how they are even in business. I am very disappointed with this entire process.
