Dropped my clothes off and told them I would want to pick them up instead of the other choice of donating them. I came back 90 days later to pick up my clothes and none of my clothes had been collected. I was told to look through the store and find my OWN clothes. So I did but could not find everything. They told me to come back a week later and they would find the rest. I came back a week later and they had a few things but still couldn't find everything that I had brought that hadn't sold. They told me to come back again a week later so I did and the girl at the counter wasn't aware of the situation. I came back two more times and they were either closed or no one knew about my problem. The last time I came was after talking with the owner (who was there the first two times I came into the location) and she told me that it was noted that I wanted to donate my items if they didn't sell. I told her I didn't tell anyone that but she said since she couldn't find my brand new Jessica Simpson purse that I had brought in to sell they would give me cash for it. The cash they gave me for it was the money I would have received if it sold . They were selling it for 45.00 so I got half of that. I asked the owner what happened and she said sometimes people walk out with items. I also asked why no one told me that it was marked to donate my items the many times I came in before (even she looked at my account) She said she had no idea. I also wouldn't have stopped by and used up gas as much but when I called no one ever answered the phone. Horrible business. I will never deal with them again.
*Tried to submit this review without a star, because they dont even deserve a quarter of a star but, I had to put at least one, purely so I could post this review. To be honest, when I first started typing out this review, I thought "well I wish I could at least give them HALF a star... the girls I did business with were really nice..." BUT THEN I remembered how I was told by the same girls that if any of the items I brought in for consignment were sold, they would let me know. They also have a stupid policy about only actually allowing the clothes you bring THREE months to actually sell and if they don't sell you can come and pick up the same items you wanted to get out of your closet in the first place OR you can "donate" them to the store. I went in hoping I would get a good bit of cash for my clothes that were basically BRAND NEW, INCLUDING a Calvin Klein little black dress that cost about $200, if not, MORE. I tried to call at least once a week during the three month period and NOT ONE PERSON EEEEVVVEEERRRR ANSWERED. They not only took clothing that I could have consigned somewhere else, they also made me feel like they were never going to actually let me know if the clothing that I brought in was sold so I could come in and actually collect the money that I should have gotten up front. Unless you are just looking to shop, which their prices are ridiculous anyway for a consignment shop, don't waste your time or lose any money to these people. I feel like I was scammed out of my money AND my clothes.
