Couldn't ask for better service. The people there are friendly and courteous. The quality of workmanship is above average. The turn-around time is expeditious, and prompt notification ensures a great experience. Over the past couple of months I have taken several chainsaws with various ailments and each one has been promptly resuscitated. I am about to take them a very sick riding lawnmower and have every expectation of a full recovery. I will not take any of my small engine equipment anywhere else.
In one word, unprofessional... The services provided are hit or miss, mostly miss. I am not normally one to quibble, but the level disrespect and incompetence that i experienced at garys yesterday and through the time that I used their services (year and some change) have been just really substandard at best. At first I just thought it was just akward behavior and it will get better as we build a business relationship, but no that is not case at all. They are simply that they are bad at what they do.
As a proud owner of a GRAVELY mower you could not purchase a better mower. Home town service, friendly people, and in most cases, 1 to 2 day service depending on availability of parts. They make you feel like part of the "GRAVELY Family", not just a customer that purchased a lawn mower. So take the "GRAVELY Challenge " your lawn will thank you.
