We are a military family who just moved to the area and London and Stetelman has been outstanding throughout our entire move to Hattiesburg. When we were looking for a rental property, I emailed Amber the day we were enroute to Hattiesburg, and she was more than willing to meet on short notice to show us a property. Once we decided the property was right for us, London and Stetelman let us put our deposit down to hold the house for a month before our scheduled move. The repair crew did a top-notch job on requested repairs before we moved in and the few minor things that we found after move in were fixed within a day or two.

I’ve rented through London and Stetelman for the 4 years I’ve been in Hattiesburg. First at midtown cottages and then at a house in oak grove. I’ve never had any complaints. Online rent pay is very easy. Whenever we had a maintenance issue they were very quick to send out a repair technician, be it HVAC related or something as simple as locking myself out of the apartment. They have a 24 hour emergency line for urgent issues. Their rental pricing is similar to other companies in this market and they were willing to work with me on move in/out dates. All in all, if you’re a good tenant (pay rent on time, don’t disturb the neighbors) then they are a great company to rent or lease from.

I have rented from London and Stetelman for almost 2 years now.. Any time I have an issue it is solved within 24 hrs.. On 9-1-2013 my AC went out at around 10pm.. I called the after hours number and spoke with a very helpful, nice, considerate woman.. She connected me to Mr Mike.. He stated it was probably the compressor and he would be out first thing in the morning (keep in mind it was Labor Day) he met his word and came to to make sure it was indeed the compressor and it was.. He left for 5 min and returned with one.. I had AC and freon by 9am.. The best realty company EVER,!!! The best
