Great experience with Arbor Walk! From the beginning they were so helpful and continued throughout my 3 year stay! Such a nice, clean, and quiet place to live! The staff is friendly and the grounds are kept up! I wish I wasn't moving or I would have stayed longer!

The absolute worst place to live in hattiesburg. Do not let them get you into a lease or else they will nickel and dime you to death. The other residents were a nuisance to staying there mainly because the walls are paper thin and also because there was more then one occasion where the police had to be called because Arbor Walk had no control of their tenants. This company preys on college kids and their money but no matter who walks through their front office they'll find a way to make you pay. The rates were astronomical compared to other places (the main reason is they disguise how much you really pay). Most likely they will make you pay a non refundable deposit so they can reap your bank account when you move out (I've received 3 different revised final bills, adding more and more). They also will make you pay them very specifically for any late fees or other miscellaneous fees, which they set aside for themselves..as in yes a hedge fund for personal use. This is THE WORST PLACE TO GET SUCKERED INTO LIVING AT. Please don't do business with them.
