Most specifically I would like to give high praise to the salesman, Steve Preite. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also very professional. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. Even tho I was only there browsing and unsure of what I'm ready to purchase, Steve has definitely helped me in making my mind up.. Just want to say; thanks Steve Preite and see you all soon!!

My wife and I's dealings with Country Creek RV in Hattiesburg Ms is pretty much a Horror story. We took our 5th wheel in to get some repairs to the exterior and the rear fresh water tank, Well it set there for almost 3 months, we canceled one trip we had planned, they finally got the water tank put in after we hounded the Fire out of them, We had another trip planned so I picked it up and told them once they got all the parts in I would bring it back to finish the exterior repairs. There was always some excuse about why the parts weren't there the parts man had quit, just always something. Once we got it home we noticed the connection for the vacuum was disconnected laying on the floor I called them and reported it to them no one seemed to know anything , so I hooked it up since it's only 4 screws to 2 for the wires and 2 to mount it well it wouldn't work after looking close the you could see a lot of wear which we found strange since ours had only been used twice. Looks like it was taken out and an old worn out one left in its place I mean they didn't even take the time reinstall the onE that was left.After our trip we took it back to finish the exterior repairs ( Which was very poor workmanship )and reminded them about the vacuum they acted like I fell out of a tree and basically called us liars about it being disconnected by them. I will haul it back to Southhaven, Ms over 300 miles before it'll go back to Country Creek, also they had reviews on their Face Book page they removed this review and the one my wife left.
Wow! We have had a horrible time!!!!!!! We had dealt will the service department. We have been lied to and cheated. We just bought a brand new 5th Wheel and a couple things had to be fixed under warranty. When you drop off your camper one of the service advisors do a walk around with you to make sure your camper is in the same condition when you pick it up as when you dropped it off. They say it's so they are responsible for any damage done to your unit while it's being worked on. Lie!!!!! Our brand new camper has a hole in the linoleum from the tech. The camper was backed into something and the spare tire rack was bent and falling off the bumper. The camper must have side swiped something because it has scuffs and dents on side of slide out. And a huge deep scratch on the front side! And it all happen while it was here. Well when we came to pick it up I brought all of it up with the service advisor and his supervisor. NOTHING was done!!! They said that none of that happened there even tho it did! They told us the only thing they could do was give us the number to the manufacture!?!? One of the things that had to be fixed was all (8) the blinds in the living room. They replaced 7 blinds with the day/night blinds and 1 blind with just night!!!! So now our brand new camper has a messed up spare tire rack, a hole in the floor, scuffs/dents on the slide out, scratches on the front and blinds that doesn't match! On top of all that, we owed them $300 for diagnostic of stuff for warranty that we told them NOT to do! Don't make the same mistake we made! Do not deal with them!
This dealership is so friendly! I go to Toyota for my oil changes, and they always treat me well. I definitely would give them 5 stars for customer service.
I had some work done to my bike recently and it was a straightforward process. I paid the price they quoted me, it was clean when I picked it up and they went over the work with me when it was done. The bike is running fine, but with the rain I haven’t had the time to ride much. I’m satisfied with the quality of work done. I might recommend a louder paging system; I didn’t hear my page the first couple of times while I was waiting.
I purchased my Star from Hattiesburg Cycle approx. 3 years ago, and was assured that their Service Dept. would take care of all my needs. They lived up to their word in servicing my Star. As of today I have had my Star in for routine service work and normal tire replacement. The Service rep. Kenny has gone out of his way to make sure all work that was done on my Star was done correctly and on time. With the high quality of work that has been done on my Star I will continue to use their Service Dept. Hattiesburg Cycles will be my first stop when I replace my Star. In closing, I have used a lot of motorcycle repair shops, but I must say Hattiesburg Cycle is head and shoulders above all.

When I was in the market for a new ATV for my husband’s 39th birthday I went into Hattiesburg Cycles because they were right in my neighborhood. Their showroom was nice and had that new tire smell that I just can’t get enough of. The professionalism of the sales people was on point and they showed me various models that would be perfect for off-roading for my husband. I ended up buying a Raptor 700 Standard and my husband loves it. I loved the extended vehicle service plan that basically relieves all the headaches of owning a machine likes this. I’m happy to report my husband was speechless when I unveiled it on his birthday. I think the only times he has gotten off of it are to eat and reluctantly go to work. Thanks HC you guys did a great job.
I took my bike in last week and was promptly taken care of as soon as I stepped in the door. The service adviser went over the bike with me before the work was performed and he told me an estimate on how long the work would take. Happy to report the estimate was accurate to 5 minutes. They didn’t exceed their price quote either. Kenny was friendly and courteous throughout the service provided and my bike was spotless when I picked it up. I liked how much time they took with me to go over the work that was done on the bike before I actually handed them money. Great job overall.
