The staff at Retina Specialty Institute were nice and courteous from the moment I walked in the door. The doctor spent time with me so I understood what was going on and he also gave me his cell phone in case I had any problems later on that I may want to call him about. Apparently, he gives every patient his cell phone which impressed me. I also like the fact that Dr. Lauten had well-informed brochures to give me that explained my condition in great detail. Overall, I had a good experience.
