Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They kept ruining my ties by pressing and over-steaming them, despite repeated warnings about it. After they ruined the fourth tie, I complained to the manager, Martin Roark I believe is his name. He offered absolutely no apology nor made any attempt to make it right and simply said, "We didn't do that. Have a nice day." He even told me I'd have to learn to live with myself for giving him a bad review. I'll never do business here again.
Great service, good work. Friendly and honest. They will always have my business. I would recommend to anyone.
Unsure why my review doesn't show up but it should. Never returning again so if anyone needs a nice white dress shirt let me know. Just awful to have a customer leave and as you get out of your car they lock the door and tell you their registers are closed so sorry no you can't pick up that one shirt you need. Glad it was not a wedding or anything life changing because they would not care. Maybe they delete detailed reviews which would explain their expectations of customer service. Keep my dry cleaning and donate it to someone who might need it for a interview. Etc.
