My first encounter with the Marlton, NJ PNC was wonderful. My customer service rep. was very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable even though it was her first week and she checking account software wasn't user friendly
Bank staff is very unprofessional. They will do a hard pull on your credit to issue a debit card on your account (this pulls down your credit score). They are also not upfront about the availability of deposits. When asked why I wasn't told about the hold when I specifically asked about it, I was told that they didn't have to tell me about placing holds on my account. Do yourself a favor and take your money to another bank!
Great customer service but sometimes it can be a little slow depending on time of day
