WE HAVE PURCHASED THREE TOYOTA'S FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. BILL AND LARRY ARE OUT FRONT WITH THE SALES TEAM AND ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU OR MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SALES EXPERIENCE WENT FLAWLESS, THEY DON'T HIDE LIKE IN OTHER DEALERSHIPS. THE DEALS WERE GREAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN'T BE MORE ACCOMMODATING. THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. WE EVEN BRING OUR DAUGHTERS CAR THAT WAS BOUGHT AT A TOYOTA DEALER TWO MINUTES AWAY FROM WERE WE LIVE TO PERUZZI TOYOTA WHICH IS MUCH FURTHER BUT THE FOLKS ARE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND NEVER STEERED US WRONG. THEY EVEN PLACE A FOLLOW UP CALL TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS AND IF WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
WE WILL KEEP RETURNING TO THEM. I THINK THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND
Horrible service and attitudes!! There service Dept. makes up services to see how much you will pay prior to them even looking at the car.
My Sienna van was blowing white smoke from the exhaust, had a flashing check engine light and would shake at higher RPM. I had my car towed there because I didn't want to drive it given the flashing check engine light. The light came on late Fri. night.
We had our van towed there Sat. AM. I did check the oil 30 minutes prior to the tow after the car sat unused for 12 hours because I know just enough about car that I know white smoke mostly is from a gasket problem and it would burn oil. The oil level was right in the middle of low and high. We did just get a oil change 8 days prior and my mechanic said he remembers the level slightly higher but not near the top.
When the Peruzzi service team leader called us he said, he wanted $150 up front to even look at the car. He said, it costs them money to service cars so I would have to pay a minimum $150 or he won't even look at the van. I refused to pay since hooking up a code test takes very little time and I won't just blindly pay for service that they don't even know what to do yet. He then responded that , my van is totally out of oil. (Wait, I thought he didn't check it yet...)
We also asked for a courtesy check on our sunroof since it won't fully open or close when the buttons are hit. When closing, the window slides to the stopping point and then reopens about 1 inch. It will eventually close if you hit Open/Close enough and time it right. He also stated he had to disassemble the sunroof to see if it was my issue or a warranty issue. I asked, when would be my responsibility in the sunroof and he said, the fuses. I said, the roof opens and closes when you hit the button so then the fuse so it can't be the fuse right? He stated he wasn't sure. Until he disassembled the entire unit to see if it was my issue. Last I check the fuse is in the fuse box.
We had the car picked up by my regular mechanic and guess what, "It had oil!!" It was right at the mid point.
That night the GM called and tried to apologize. Seems his worker told him that I was only asked to pay a $39 charge, they already checked out the car, scanned the codes and the oil was low but not out of oil. Hmmmmm..... Someone is telling a few different stories here.
Sounds like Peruzzi has big issues in their service dept. and is just looking to nickel and dime customers...
Thanks Peruzzi, you made my choice for service next time for me. IT WON'T BE YOU!!!
Most disreputable, despicable, dishonest experience I've ever had buying a car.
Financial/Business Mgr Tried to say "the salesman made a mathematical error," and they attempted to dishonestly increase the price by $700 just as I was about to sign over the payment check to them. Earlier, Salesman had asked if I "had a ride home or did your wife drop you off." He knew I was 45 miles from home with no ride and used this underhanded scheme to attempt to raise the price, last minute. When I decided not to purchase the vehicle due to their dishonesty, they did not ask if I needed a ride home, try to find a rental car for me and my wife had to drive back down, 45 miles, (over one hour), with my sickl child, to take me home. Salesman outright lied about the MSRP vs. their quoted "final price," after rebates and dealer invoice incentive. I would never even consider dealing with this dealership or referring anyone to Peruzzi's. The mindset and philosophy, there, is truly, "beat 'em and cheat 'em."

Me, driving home in my new '11 Tacoma TRD Sport. ""Thank-you"" Shout-out to salesman Lee, who met me at the airport with my truck and went about and beyond normal expectations. I drove it home almost 600 miles this afternoon back home to TN. Very happy customer. Thanks Peruzzi!

On my first visit to Peruzzi Toyota I came in with a particular car in mind that I saw on their Website. I saw the price and checked it with Edmunds. THe price was exactly what bluebook value pricing was for the car. Lee was very helpful through my first experience as was the financial department.

This is the second time I bought a car from Peruzzi Toyota. After my 1st purchase experience I knew this was the place to go for my next car. Lee was my sales rep and he did such a great job the 1st time, I requested that he help me again. Chris set Lee up with my info and made sure everything was ready when I got there and Caleb took me through the financing of it and got me a great deal!

This was not my first visit to Peruzzi Toyota. I visited once before to help a friend buy a new Prius. They did not have the vehicle that he wanted on the lot, but they were quick in locating the Prius he wanted. They gave him a great price right off the bat with little negotiating. So when it was time for me to purchase my truck the first dealership I thought of was Peruzzi.

My experience there was GREAT. The sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Management told me that they wanted to give a great deal on the truck I wanted, because that was their last one. Management was more than sure they could give me a good price. By the time everything was done I got the exact vehicle I was looking for at a great price.

Great Experience, very friendly! Made purchasing a new vehicle easy! Everyone that we came in contact with was easy to work with. At no time did we feel pressured. We had done our homework going to the dealer to know what we should pay, and we know that Peruzzi gave us a great deal!

It was a sunny Monday afternoon as I looked at my 1992 Lincoln LSC. A certain aura was in the air, and I was in dire need of change. It was at the quintessential moment that I decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle. I had the correct assets to inquire about a new vehicle, so all I had to do is pick the right one. I had a Peruzzi Toyota business card in my wallet, and thought this would be a good place to start.
The name on the card was Eric. Underneath it was a number. The number was called. 45 minutes later, my 19 year old car had finally reached the lot of the dealership. Eric informed me of what my options would have been. I had been looking up gas efficient vehicles, because of the price of oil has risen. I had my eye on a Corolla. I also wanted something sport. So I wanted the S model. My favorite color is blue. In the end, I wanted a Blue Toyota Corolla S. And the man of the hour, Eric had a surprise for me. The perfect car was there. Something in the air was telling me, that destiny had brought me to this vehicle. Eric opened the door for me, and since I was semi-parched at the time, he had fetched me an ice cold bottle of water. My experience with Eric's car dealing expertise was very comfortable. He had the professionalism and vivaciously mannered personality that I was looking to deal with. It felt as if I was picking the perfect babysitter for my imaginary children. That type of trustful connection. After a quick credt score check, a signing of a check and contract. I had left my 19 year old car on the lot, and was pulling out with a brand new car. It was a new roadside marriage and a new ""lease"" on life. I would like to personally thank Eric.
