Excellent service, and honest! Very professional and knowledgeable mechanic.

My wife went in several times over the past few months and was turned away just as many times. She's been told "come back tomorrow" more times than i can count.

This family owned business needs a lesson in customer service. The owner's wife made quite a few snarky comments including "maybe you've never heard of something called listening" when my wife asked why she was told to "come back tomorrow" once again. Really unfriendly and rude service!

Everyone I have dealt with in this place has been rude. They do not let you explain why you are there, they do not update you on the status of your car, they have forgotten to call me and tell me my car was ready, and they definitely don't do anything with a smile. I will not be going there any longer.
