This establishment has the ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever experienced !!!!!!! I dined in once and the young lady brought me dishes that were dirty. When I brought it to her attention she took the plate, then returned with another dish that was also dirty. My coworker ordered fries that were EXTREMELY overcooked so she decided to return the fries. We finished the meal and left. I returned a week or so later but I placed my order over the phone. I decided I didn't want the fries and I told the cashier, Courtney, immediately but she said I HAD to pay for the fries. I explained once again that I didn't want the fries and she said she wouldn't take it off the bill because she informed me of the price on the phone. I asked to speak with the manager, who wasn't present. Courtney called her manager on the phone, then returned and told me since I sent back my fries the last time, which I didn't it was my coworker, that next time I had to pay or they wouldn't serve me again! Not only was she rude, she refused to tell me when her manager would be in so I could speak with her face to face. I have never experienced such horrible service at an establishment! I would never eat at this place again. PS I thought at most customer service establishments the customer was supposed to be right. Food waste is a factor in food cost, which means the owner obviously knows that some food will eventually be thrown away. I have never been told I HAD to pay MY MONEY for something I no longer wanted. The food was untouched so voiding it off the bill should have been simple!
