Cameron Flow Control manufactures oil and gas pressure control equipment. Its products include valves, wellheads, controls, chokes, blowout preventers and assembled systems for oil and gas drilling and production in onshore, offshore and subsea applications. The company is also a leading manufacturer of other valves, centrifugal air compressors, integral and separable gas compressors and turbochargers and provides oil and gas separation equipment. It was recently awarded a $340 million contract to provide subsea systems for the initial phase of Total's Akpo, a 44-well subsea development project offshore Nigeria. Cameron's role includes providing subsea systems engineering and project management, along with subsea Christmas trees, production and intervention control systems, manifolds, flowline connection systems, installation support and associated spares.
