Terrible terrible customer service. You have to call 100 times to get them out. Those who answer the phone ask the exact same series of questions every time you call and don't write down notes so they forget what is agreed to. They "misspoke" about time to get out here (weeks vs. months) and pricing (price per ft for casing vs. price per ft for drilling). They are happy to cash checks but will not finish the work. They are incredibly rude. The actual guys who came out to drill were FANTASTIC, but the office staff is horrific.

Rude and out-of-date secretary. I had to keep calling to get a time frame for their service, secretary said she had to wait on someone to come back to the office. I had to give step-by-step directions to my place which was 40 miles distance, nearly an hour away.
I think they need to invest in cell phones, a GPS and a younger, more friendly secretary. As much as they charged me for a well and pump they should be able to purchase plenty.
