WORST THAN BEING A RESELLER WITHOUT DISCLOSING IT IN OR OUTSIDE THEIR STORE they outright lie, add services you didnt request, don't disclose fee's or they will tell you there's a fee they make up because they realized they screwed up during your purchase.
Corporate said they MUST post that they RESELLER name inside or outside! It's not, you'll only see the name on the paperwork AFTER you make your purchase. It is not posted ANYWHERE !!!
RUN RUN RUN..it's worth the drive to Belen Village Corp store. HARTVILLE'S MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE, ASSISTANT MANAGER IS A JOKE! You will go in to the store and find no one inside because they are smoking in the parking lot near their car, or you'll wait because "No one is available".
WHAT A SCAM, NEW LOW IN RETAIL and A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Also reporting to BBB, Ohio State Attorney General's Office and the Mayor of Hartville.
One star is too much. These guys suck. Represent as Verizon, but they aren't. They are liars. They will sign you up for services you did not ask for, and then claim they didn't. They have a big Verizon sign on the front of the store, but they are NOT VERIZON - BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have reported them to the BBB and to Verizon for giving us a "free tablet" and then signing us up for service on the tablet without telling us. Then, when Verizon got involved and told them to accept the tablet back and remove the service, they refused. Verizon had to send me a box to ship the tablet back to the corporate office, and then credited me everything back on my account. Thought it was finally over. However, the other day, we received a collection letter from their lawyer demanding $150 early termination fee, since they are SEPERATE FROM VERIZON. Again, beware. Do not go to this store. Go to a LEGIT Verizon store!!!
If I could give this store a -1 review, I would. I have been in retail for more than 35 years and never seen this poor customer service. They sell you expensive Phones and plans and then give you a (800) number or website to use when you have a problem, but if you walk in there are 2-3 employees doing absolutely nothing.
