Yarmak and Co

Our 3rd and final year using Yarmak & Co. This year, not only did they make a mistake on our taxes - causing me another trip to their office - but the "new person" failed to make me aware that our charge for preparation would increase $100. They apologized, but said it was due to the "new person." A business that cared about its customers would have eaten the $100 for the mistake and lack of communication - in order to keep my business. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next year.
