I have been going to GameStop since it opened. I bought a few games here and there till I met one of the employees Jordan (short white guy with dark short hair and glasses). After talking with him he has got me to buy a lot of Xbox One games I would have never bought on my own. He does a great job of helping and recommending things without pushing or making you feel like he is just trying to make a sale. He makes it feel like your more then just money or just a customer. He got me to buy a PS4 and a Nintendo 3DS. If your in need of anything for gaming call ahead and ask for Jordan. He will treat you right and the only reason I shop at GameStop.
I give gamestop a low rating because i recently bought 3 games from them, all pre owned besides one of them. The two preowned were both unrecognisable on my xbox 360. One had heat bubbles all over the silver surface of the disc, and some sort of white frosting on the clear center, the second disc, had nothing but some sort of stickiness on it as well, which made me very inconvienienced and upset, Ive been with gamestop since the beginning, and never encountered a situation this bad, yes, you may recieve some faulty aparatus, but these two games were very visibly dirty, and couldnt of gone unnoticed by the gamestop employees, and they obviously dont care what games they recieve, and long as they get money from the consumer. But i wouldnt even be this upset if they were just cheap games, because then i would easily brush it off, but these games were both 30 dollars, and a waste of time.I wish for better service in the future.
