The Hartford

As a part of Hartford, the Hartford Fire Insurance Co would not be a company I trust, nor would I trust a company insured by them.

You can trust my comment here, or learn as I did, by giving them the benefit of the doubt, and being repeatedly wrong.

Hartford/Hartford Financial is not a company whose executives are able to tell their CEO that there is a serious problem that needs to be resolved.

If they had, there would have been an apology from the CEO to me and however many others there are who have been harmed by going through a claims process with Hartford.

If the CEO had been adequately informed, and chose not to apologize and "do the right thing" then that CEO is not being honest with the Hartford board.

I do not trust Hartford or any business insured by Hartford.

Until we figured out that you had increased our insurance about 73 dollars more on the month and this increased will add up to about 1000 dollars on the year more we live on a fix income and this means alot to us you made the mistake by putting the wrong miles down on our truck and no your underwriters said we have to pay this until April 2011 then they would change it well we just don't buy it all this adds up to is stealing our money and also they was no mention of paying our money back at the end of the year. we did like you and even recommend you to our friends but we will not no more and we are also letting our friends at AARP know about this to
