        Overall

        I have used taxis for many years without a complaint. Today ((9:47 a.m.) I was behind a Royal Cab #19 (Sonny19) when it stopped in the right turn only lane at a stoplight. The driver sat through two cycles of green arrows, apparently doing paperwork) before going straight ahead when the light turned to red.
