Overall

I have been dealing with this company for several months now and they have messed up nearly everything concerning my CPAP machine, ordering supplies and even making pressure adjustments per the doctor's orders.

I would highly NOT recommend this group and only wish I could switch prior to actually "owning" my CPAP machine. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Roberts Home Medical. I wish I would have done so.

Nice people, but they don't play the insurance game right. They refuse to file for you when they are supposed to be "participating providers." It costs me far more than it should because they wanted a bigger slice of the pie.
