        got 3 combination platters to go. the food was hot that was the only good thing. chicken was like rubber, broccoli was so undercooked i wood have needed a steak knife to cut it up. ate 4 or 5 bites and threw out the rest. really too bad. the other combo where not much better

        Good food and nice environment. It's not a large buffet but it is the best Chinese Buffet in Harrisonburg. If you want good carry out then I'd try 'Imperial 42' on Rt 42. They do change the menu items and part of the salad bar contains Sushi. The sushi isn't the best in town but it will do. If your looking for good sushi try 'Beyond'.

        Great Food, Great Service

        Go to Golden China all the time! Staff is always very friendly, and they even memorized my parties drink orders. We walk in the door and they bring our drinks to us before we even fully seat down. The owner is a nice man, greets everyone, helps the wait staff when busy, cooks when needed!! Food is absolutely delicious! Fresh and very tasteful. Seasoned just right, hot, and juicy! Make sure to check them out!

        Sits right off of I-81 medium sized dinidg room. Waitress not very friendly - english very poor. No SWEET TEA ...whats up with that?? Small buffet 1/2 chinese, 1/2 standard salad/dessert bar. at 8:00 pm on a friday night buffet was VERY LOW (check b4 you sit down) and stayed that way. Never came back to refill drinks. Buffet priced the same as others in town - they don't seem to like the buffet concept - cause they do it so poorly. The tahe-out menue is a HUGE 11" X 17" ledger sized yellow sheet. lots of choices some I've never heard of before!!Next time I'm staying at a local hotel, and want Chinese take-out I'll call them and report back...Mr. Roberto
