Worst place don't bring your car here for anything the people are so rude and don't have manners. I took it for an inspection and I fixed everything they said and they come out saying something else is wrong. Don't recommend this place to no one. If I could rate it no stars I would.
This owner's son Kenny jr. has no manners or knowledge of what he is doing. 1. If you do not like doing state inspections because they are worth only $16, then do not accept appointments for the same. To tell the customer "it's only $16" is proposterous. The customer did not set the price.2. There is a general courtesy that comes with any business no matter how big or small. If you cannot talk over the phone without being rude or obnoxious stop accepting phone calls.3. You yelled at my wife over the phone, and were extremely rude to her due to your failure to have equipment to properly inspect our vehicle. 4. Our car which was serviced recently for the same issue that you claimed to be faulty and you were more than happy to "fix" the car for an unreasonable price and became angry when we requested to obtain second opinion.5. You made it very clear that you do not enjoy working with female customers or customers of color.6.Unfortunately, you are forced to do a career you despise. Maybe your knowledge is not at par for your career, perhaps the community college offers some courses. Maybe your personal life makes you this bitter to strangers, but regardless it's horrible business practice to mix the two and nothing gives you the right to treat customers with such disdain.7. You have discriminated against customers on the basis of gender and race.8. We took our vehicle for a second opinion and the issue that you pointed out did not even exist. Your service center is definately not equipped to be diagnosing vehicle issues.For others reading this review, we want to let you know that we are not writing this review out of a personal vendetta. But we do encourage you to get a second opinion before allowing this specific center to give you false advice just to make money off of you.
I used to take my car here all the time, but, since Kenny has taken the reigns of the business, things have seriously gone down hill. I called wanting a diagnosis and possible repair done on a Sat and if the reapir wasnt possible to have the repair done the next Sat. Kenny wanted me to drop the car Friday and then said 'oh I wish I could diagnose you car over the phone and then take your credit card number and we wouldnt have a problem.' I was totally fine with Sat/Sat and understood the issue with ordering parts but he wanted Fri/Sat. Kenny is a mean spirited man who will run his dad's business into the ground. I will never go again.
Blue Ridge Tire is a bit more expensive than some larger service centers (still cheaper than most small ones) but with the cost gets you service your not going to get you anywhere else. They take time to answer all of your questions and they have a large selection of used tires.
