Pay attention to the dates on food packages. There have been several times I've found items on shelves that had expired sell buy and use by dates. Eggs, sandwich meat, etc. The produce doesn't seem to be very fresh either. Bought 3 ears of corn and threw them out after shucking and found gooey substance on the kernels.

I went in to get some grocery's and was happily greeted by a younger gentleman with dark hair who helped me find everything i needed and made sure i was satisfied with my visit.

I lived in the Harrison, AR area for a long time and used to do most of my shopping at Edwards. At first I was under the impression that they had amazing service, helping you out to the car with your groceries and the like, but over time I came to realize that the people there are actually mean and hateful beneath the surface. On more than one occasion I witnessed the bag boys making fun of elderly or disabled customers WHILE THEY WERE RIGHT THERE CHECKING OUT. Once a woman even heard some of the crass remarks about her and commented on it. There was no apology given, only laughter. The management there are also rude and unhelpful to customers if your request requires them to actually DO anything, even if it is one of the services they claim to offer. I've also witnessed them berating their employees for seemingly no reason, belittling them and yelling, in front of other customers and employees. Shopping at Edwards Grocery proved to be a rather uncomfortable and sometimes stomach turning experience.

Good for food, great for chicken.

Edwards has a good selection of food and it even has a points program, where you shop there a lot, and you get points that you can redeem for discounts later on.

Over at the hot food stand, its fried chicken is INCREDIBLE. At menu price, eight pieces only cost $6.99. KFC will charge you $9.99 for six pieces, and Edwards' Chicken tastes a lot better.
