He has no puc number visible on his car and he's an Uber driver soliciting trying to say that his rates are better than regular cab rates was horrible
I need to go to the airport and let him know other particular time I needed to be there. Not only did he show up at my house on time and get me the airport in anytime I wanted he even gave me a wake-up call in the morning just to make sure I was awake. I'll be it when he called to confirm the airport run a day early he asked if I wanted to wake up call and I said yes I actually didn't think he was really going to give me awake of calling me did. And because he gave me a wake-up call that was the only reason why I was on time.
The number one thing was he was on time. I was told 15 minutes and he was actually there in the less than 15 minutes. There are so many cab companies in Harrisburg that say oh I'll be there in 10 and don't show up for 45 minutes or just straight out flat say I'm not going to be there for an hour. not this guy he's great.
Prompt service, and the meter was not high on price either. The driver was also quite courteous as well asked if I wanted windows or AC.
Absolutely horrible customer service, avoid this company at all costs.After calling to schedule a taxi an hour before I needed to be picked up, the driver called me to say that he couldn't get me because the weather was bad and then hung up on me. I called the operator back to see if they could send another driver, and when I asked what time he thought that driver could pick me up (so I could figure out whether or not I would make my train) this man started YELLING at me, saying that I was selfish and only thought about myself (all because I asked when they could get me!) He continued to yell at me until I started crying, and then he made fun of me for crying until I hung up. Given how unreasonably angry and hostile the operator was toward me, I felt genuinely concerned for my safety and am glad I didn't accept a ride from them.The people running this company are the least professional men I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. I remained calm and polite throughout my calls with them, despite them yelling at me for five minutes straight. DO NOT use this taxi service.

The cab dispatcher who told me his name was Carlos was being rude & unprofessional to me.He was getting smart to me & yelling in my ear just because i asked if he could give the cab driver my number to call me when their outside at Kline village & was too cold too windy to be outside waiting. He told me No very rudely & was yelling in my ear when i wasn't yelling at him & i asked nicely.he gave me very bad customer servicePlus an other dispatcher took my number before without a problem.
Was put on the cab at the airport with another passenger under the impression that I will be sharing the cab fare with the other passenger. First the ride was really expensive, then when dropping me at my place, he asked me to pay the full price, I argued saying that why do I have to pay the full price since I am sharing the ride with another guy. The response I got was that I cannot split the fare and each of us will have to pay the full price separately! That was ridiculous, I felt bad for the other passenger who was a college kid and had to go farther, the driver was not willing to listen to me and I felt stupid but not using uber, worst experience ever, greedy people, stay away!
