Horrible!! They have messed up my bill, tried to over charge for the wrong equipment. They are now just taking random amounts of my account and telling that they are mailing things that Im not receiving. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! I have also consulted my physicians, so that no other patients are referred to this company. I was not the only one to complain and they will not be using this company again.
If I could give Young’s zero stars, I would. They are incompetent and utterly unprofessional. Tonight, one of their technicians who was supposed to be delivering supplies to a neighbor WALKED INTO MY HOUSE, COMPLETELY UNANNOUNCED AND UNINVITED. That’s right - the people you should trust with your life-saving medical equipment can’t even make sure they are at the right house (our house is clearly marked with large numbers that you have to walk by to get to the door). And as for professional? Apparently they just walk into your home for deliveries without knocking or even announcing themselves. Inexcusable.
Absolutely AWESOME! I had been struggling to get my torn CPAP mask replaced with another provider, one call to Young's and within 10 minutes Heather had things sorted out, and a new mask ordered. Young's stands heads and shoulders above the competition. Professional, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable.
At first I was skeptical, i mean, no one can take care of my child the way he needs. The staff at Pediatria Daycare proved me wrong. They go above and beyond for his care and the other children in their care. I am grateful to have them at the right moment in our lives. Rebecca and Bradford Hartman
I have had multiple bad experiences at this Hallmark location and I have learned my lesson! Kathy has been nice but when she is not there her employees are anything but willing to help. Multiple times they have given me wrong information and now they sold a purchase that I had pre-ordered in JULY that I was told would arrive DECEMBER 5th. When I went in today to pick it up I was told it is sold out! Needless to say I wont be going back. Especially after the woman at the counter told me I should have picked it up in October. I have been there twice to pick up ornaments and both times it wasn't in.
I've never seen a better place to get supplements! Great staff, prices, and products. This is the only place I shop.
