Unfortunately with this business, everything seemed professional. asked if we COULD fix anything with the vehicle as we expected with a used car. was told there was absolutely nothing to be done and the vehicle was I'm in perfect condition. we put about 100 miles on the vehicle and the service engine light came on. come to find out, they cleared a code, which wonderfully was the transmission of all things. spoke with our salesman AJ and he in turn told my fiance he was a waste of space and to grow the f up. have the text messages to prove the case. Then AJ begged us to take the review down and offered us a refund. Do not trust these men because they are in a bad crime area and who knows what could happen. he gave us the option to either come by and drop off the vehicle full refund, or to pick up a check partial amount. once we stated we werent going back there to the dealership because we certainly dont have time working over 12 hours a day for the both of us, he then got upset. this business is a poor excuse for professional and the way they treat their customers is infantile. Will never recommend to another consumer.

This is for the paxton street buick loction as there was no option to select them to leave a review.pushy moody salesman. was nice up to the point we decided not to proceed with a purchase. once he knew we were not buying, the phony niceness went away instantly . will not be back when we a ready and will drive 50 miles or more if needed to buy a buick from someone else. They do not budge on price.
We have bought 2 cars here. Raul is great prices are good, cars are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.
Over the weekend, we whizzed by this car dealership on Cameron Street. We were looking for a vehicle to replace our Ford 500 that has no air conditioner. Rather than get the a/c fixed, we thought it best to put towards van. We left Raul's with Honda Van, 1 year warranty and got a nice trade in on our car. Raul and his dad were so nice and professional. Raul knows his stuff when it comes to cars. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They go over all cars thoroughly. A+
I highly recommend Raul's Auto for anyone young, old, first time starter cars.. I am so happy about my car I bought .. I felt they were honest and fair and even cried leaving with my car because it was just a great experience all in all.. see for yourself very fair I left with a warranty which allowed me to feel really confident in buying a used car!! I don't usually do reviews but I had too do this because you hear so many bad things about used car dealerships how they get over on people .. not so about this place they are Family oriented and honest.
i should be 5 stars very nice dealerHaseeb
First service call. (First one's free!) Oil change & tire rotation. In & out in no time. Comfortable waiting area. Our Salesman stopped by to say hi and ask if I had any new questions. Courteous and professional from day one.
Bought a 2011 ford escape 51k mileswith 3 month warrenty suv was supposdly perfect condition and I paid top price with little for my trade in.. Vehicle looked great when i looked it over and test drove and after service dept got it ready it looked like crap and missing parts..they gave me one key and the fob didnt work.. 2months later and 1k miles the powertrain wentfaulkner gave me the run around on the warrenty and ended up they wont cover iti have to pay out of pocket to have vehicle fixed... Stay Away from faulknerif you dont want to get screwed over !!
We just purchased a new Legacy from Dan Mann. We had an extremely positive experience. Dan was easy to work with, professional, and seemed like an all around good guy. l did my homework and shopped a few different dealerships (and several different makes of cars), so I know we got a GREAT deal. Everyone at Faulkner, from my first internet contact (Kim) to the finance guy (Kyle) was great to work with and never once tried to pressure us into anything. Less than 16 hours after the purchase of our new car, the check engine light came on. I was livid- after spending a few months researching cars, and a two weeks test driving, here I was with a brand new car and I was yet again heading back to the dealership. The service department was very nice, and felt genuinely bad for me. While I am still upset I had to waste two hours dealing with this, my anger is directed towards Subaru of America, not Fulkner. I feel the service department went out of their way to help me and get me out of their as quickly as possible. I recommend Fulkner.
Zach at Faulkner Subaru Service is always helpful whenever I need to bring my car in for service and I especially appreciate the shuttle service to and from my place of employment. Thanks.
